It’s in a super convenient spot for strolling around Florence, but being on the 4th floor with stairs makes it hard to haul luggage up or down, and it’s a bit of a hassle if you want to rest during the day.

Posizione perfetta, appartamento ben rifinito e pulito. Accoglienza gentile e disponibile. È un terzo piano senza ascensore,ma lo sapevamo già prima e quindi va bene così. Consigliato. In un appartamento così ben arredato aggiungerei altre stoviglie e posate, erano proprio contate. qualche coperta di riserva e farei trovare gli ingredienti base per l' uso della cucina: sale, caffè (se c è la macchinetta e non la moka, bisogna che le cialde adatte siano abbondanti, noi in 2 adulti ne avevamo 4 per 4 giorni.). Per il resto, top e consigliatissimo :-)

The spot is spot on – everything’s within walking distance. The flat is roomy, the windows and bathroom feel pretty new, and the host was friendly and super helpful. Just around the corner is a great café for breakfast or brunch: Caffe del Borgo. The dining room lacks a window, and in the kitchen there was no knife for cutting fruit and veggies and no cutting board.

The apartment was tidy and the location is fantastic, right in the old town centre of Florence, just by the Uffizi Gallery and the Gucci museum. At night and in the early morning hours it was pretty noisy, so it’s not recommended for light sleepers. We also missed warm blankets, the mattress was a bit thin in October, and the pillows weren’t sufficient.
