We never actually stayed because the hotel messed up our booking—our confirmation says we were due to arrive on the 5th, yet the dates were wrong and the hotel claimed we had no reservation; I’m still waiting for someone from customer service to reach out, so don’t let this review be taken as a normal booking experience.

The location was great and the place stayed clean, but the bill turned out higher than what was advertised.

The location is fine, but the staff were unhelpful when we had a problem with our original booking and ended up having to rebook a room at £160 a night without breakfast. I didn’t expect peeling wallpaper or to pay $5 for a bottle of water in the room. The pool is small and only open from 8 am to 8 pm, and the customer service promised in the lift was nowhere to be found.

Excellent location close to Metro. Security and valet staff were very friendly and helpful. Front desk staff were also very nice and helpful. Nothing
