“a place with a tiny room for undemanding guests”
The location is good and the place is quiet. The cafeteria looks nice and the service is friendly and helpful. The real issue is that the rooms are tiny; the listing said 40 m² but it feels more like 20 m² including the bathroom and balcony. There are no wardrobes or cabinets, so storage is limited. I mentioned earlier that the staff were helpful, but you only see them during breakfast; there’s no one at reception otherwise and the cleaning crew does all the work. The cafeteria is a nice spot, but you can only eat there at breakfast; the rest of the day it’s empty. It could be livelier in the evenings with music, a drink bar, and snacks. The garden outside needs general cleaning; there are tables and chairs but it’s neglected. Parking on the street outside is tough during the season.
