Nothing special, but the staff is friendly. Check‑in happened three hours later than advertised, and the bathroom outside the room is probably one of the worst in the hotel. The bathroom was in bad condition: rusty sink, missing shower door, foul smell. Many items listed were missing or in poor condition: minibar, kettle/cafetera, bathrobe (useful for nighttime bathroom trips), bedding, one of the balcony chairs. A table and chair would have been welcome. In short, poor value for money.

The location in the historic district is great. The on‑site staff were very helpful with any questions or requests. Having a balcony to drink from and watch the street was nice.

The location is excellent, the room is cozy with a large bed, and the private bathroom is located outside the room opposite it. The staff were very responsive. The only issue was the lack of glasses and a coffee/tea set in the room.

The place was well located and the room was lovely, spacious and comfortable. Everything was clean. We received a list of local recommendations. The room was quiet, had air conditioning, blackout curtains, and no outside noise. Check‑in was a bit tricky because the building has other offices and apartments and no front desk to consult. The person we eventually found only spoke Italian very quickly, so it was a bit hard to understand everything. The hair dryer needs replacement; while drying my hair I saw a small flame coming out of it, which could be dangerous but is fixable.
