“Need alot of improvement to call it 5 stars hotel”
The hotel was super noisy, smoky, and offered no privacy; the staff couldn’t speak English and you had to ask for a room cleaning each time. The security was rude and unfriendly, and the only nearby hotel was the one that closed, so the tuk‑tuk drivers never smiled 😬.

They advertised a Shanghai water hotel but then forced us into a casino hotel; I don’t gamble and the business is clearly defrauding customers.
The pool, infrastructure, and cozy restaurant are great, but the internet is weak; it only works about 15 minutes after turning it on.

The pictures and the actual location are completely different – it feels like a scam and should be taken down; the platform is just an accomplice if it stays up.
Breakfast was tasty and varied, but it was served in a separate restaurant about 500 m from the hotel, and the breakfast ticket didn’t include coffee, so I had to pay extra. I was handed two tickets with the same date, and on the second day the restaurant refused to serve me breakfast and told me to file a complaint at reception, which I didn’t have time for. Smoking is prohibited in the rooms, yet cigarette smoke seeps in from the casino floor, and the noise from the casino can be heard in the room all night.
