The room exceeded my expectations and looked even better in person than online photos; we loved the spaciousness, the king‑size bed, the high‑quality pillows, the large TV we connected with a Chromecast, the roomy couch and coffee table, the dining area, and the bathroom space—there’s a lot to list. Though we didn’t use the kitchenette, it would have been handy for a longer stay. The staff were stunningly friendly and helpful. We didn’t try the buffet breakfast, but it looked impressive. The location was perfect, just a 10‑minute walk to the RAC Arena for the Alex Warren concert, and close to everything we wanted. We’re excited to return to Oaks for future Perth trips.

The staff were lovely, the beds comfortable, the buffet breakfast tasty, and the building was clean. The only issue was a slight step in the bath/shower, but that’s a minor quibble!

Old metal cot hurt my 1 year old severely times because she bumped her head on metal, left several bruises including one that went from forehead down one side of nose
