The student’s welcome, listening and care were impressive. The room was superb. The staff, both students and professors, were attentive to our well‑being. Unfortunately we couldn’t enjoy the meal because of the current student situation and the need to protect the school’s pupils, which was understandable given the protests.

The service from the students was outstanding – very cordial, attentive and friendly. The restaurant is great, with good breakfast and lunch. All service is provided by hospitality students. Everything was perfect.

“Agréable surprise.”

The green surroundings, the excellent breakfast and the immaculate rooms were great; it was a shame the restaurant was closed because of the protest. Nothing else to add.

“Highly recommended for an overnight stay.”

The staff were all very friendly and competent. Our bedroom was basic but comfortable, particularly the bed which provided a good night’s sleep. The en suite bathroom was excellent. We were able to catch the bus into Biarritz, from just outside the hotel. We enjoyed a very good breakfast. There was secure on site parking. We would have liked another, larger towel in the bathroom
