The place has a great location and free parking; the host was extremely friendly and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed, the breakfast was abundant and wonderful, and we would definitely return; nothing was wrong, everything was fantastic.

The owner is probably a very nice person, but the property needs constant presence and help from several fully responsible people; the place was very mixed—late check‑in, a woman who lives there greeted us, and the key system should be organized by code; the photo shows a luxurious room, yet inside there was a stale smell, as if someone had slept there and it wasn’t aired or the sheets changed; the window opens onto a rooftop smoking area with everything scattered, and the building outside can’t be muted by a closed window, so at 7 am the neighbors were shouting and a house was being demolished nearby; the toilet and shower are separate from the room, you have to leave the room to use them, so it’s a shared apartment; everything looks nice but feels very strange; the tables are covered like in a restaurant, but the sink is sour, with foreign dirty dishes floating, and the water doesn’t flow; touching anything is unpleasant; the fridge is shared, filled with other guests’ food, possibly even from those who have already left; breakfast is a separate story.
