First, the room felt like a maze—I couldn't find it at all, and the front desk staff weren't very helpful, which made me unhappy. I stayed two days and still had trouble locating the room, and the duvet had no cover. However, the gentleman who helped me on the checkout day was fantastic, friendly and enthusiastic, so I would have given it a one-star otherwise; at least I only booked for two days and switched to another place.
The room was the smallest I've ever stayed in, barely fitting a bed and nothing else, so I wouldn't recommend it.
