The staff are always kind and smiley, I dropped an earcuff in the room so when I checked out I asked for a call if they found one, and they found it and contacted me soon. There is a large space to open your suitcase, and the bed is large and comfortable. The sink is a little small.

It is a bit far from Kawasaki Station, but I could spend time in a quiet environment away from the city. A convenience store nearby made it easy to live without inconvenience. Although it is far from the city center, Kawasaki Station is close, so traveling by train is not inconvenient even if it is your first time traveling to Tokyo. And above all, the underground bath was the best. The staff were also good and I would like to stay again. No particular problems.

The staff were friendly and attentive, and the hot spring was excellent—really helped me unwind. Since the women’s area was key‑locked, it never got overcrowded.

I liked that there was a large public bath. The lighting was too dim for makeup, so a brighter mirror or a movable one would have helped. The room felt dry, so a humidifier would be a good addition.
