The location is good, but there’s no staff—just a PIN and AI—and the food service is poor without any human presence.

The room was quiet and beautiful, making for a perfect stay.

The room was spacious, and the parking and restaurant were close by. We were emailed about a room change on arrival, but we missed the message because we had no internet; I don't think it's fair to expect guests to check emails constantly, especially on the road. There was no fan or air conditioning, so in the 38°C heat it was uncomfortable. The room had no toiletries or fridge, and breakfast wasn’t offered and drinks couldn’t be bought.

Everything except room cleaning is handled electronically, which isn’t bad once you get used to it. The area isn’t noisy or busy, even with a restaurant right below. In the summer, when it’s really hot (88F/31C & up), there’s no A/C or cooling device other than opening a window or door, which still doesn’t help much. Fans aren’t that helpful with cooling either when it’s that hot.

The hotel is perfect for me. I’ve stayed several times and it’s exactly what I need—simple, clean, and if you have a concern, the staff are very competent and quick to help. There’s nothing to complain about from my point of view.
