The room was fine. The parking spots were tight and I had to move my vehicle because it was numbered and not indicated on the reservation. The breakfast hours were late, so I paid and didn’t get breakfast. The gate closed at 23:00 and there was no outdoor parking. The reception staff were very unpleasant, refusing to issue my bill.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel is right on the lake with private access. Every guest gets their own assigned parking space. The inclusive breakfast was always varied and very tasty. The evening menu and bar also offered a good selection. We felt very comfortable there and would definitely recommend it.

“Fantastic location with everything you need.”

The location is brilliant, and the staff were very helpful and polite. The food was excellent, so I highly recommend it. The only occasional hassle was parking; we had a large car, and sometimes it was hard to fit into the spaces if other cars were parked awkwardly.

The town of Brezona is within walking distance, and the pebble beach can be reached through a hotel-owned tunnel beneath the street. The hotel provides its own lounge chairs, and the large terrace is open at all times for snacks or drinks. It’s a well‑run family business. The only issue was that clearing empty plates didn’t work; I only ate dinner once and left before dessert because it bothered me to sit 20 minutes with an empty plate, even though staff passed by the table 10 times during that period.

The owners are very attentive. Special service. Excellent breakfast. Everything is of very good quality.
