A great place to stay in a quiet part of Venice. I’d strongly suggest staying in Cannaregio when in Venice – it’s less touristy than San Polo and San Marco, with excellent local restaurants and bars. Alex was very welcoming when I arrived and offered wonderful tips for exploring Venice. The apartment has all the comforts you need, furnished with beautiful antique pieces. I’ll definitely return if I ever find myself in Venice again!

A very pleasant flat in a beautiful and peaceful area, the room was clean and even though it was hot in Venice, the climate inside was fine without air conditioning. The bed was very comfortable, the shared bathroom with other guests was clean. The owner Alex is very kind and very helpful.

Everything was great, the host Alex was very nice, sociable and helpful, giving some very useful tips and recommendations. It’s always nice to meet the host in person. The location is very good, close to everything important, yet tucked away in a quiet area. The flat had a very good energy. The living room was nice to hang out in when it was raining, the bathroom is freshly renovated and very pleasant. The room felt peaceful and comfortable; I appreciate the vintage furniture which added an authentic feel and overall great energy to the flat.
