Nothing good. Don’t book this place. The owners never sent us any check‑in information. When we called that same day they seemed to have forgotten about us. Upon arrival the apartments were dirty, smelled of mold, and the lights were out. We left. Given the unacceptable conditions, we asked the host for a refund, hoping for a gesture of goodwill, but the request was denied.

The breakfast was decent for an Italian place, though it was the same every day. The location was very nice, surrounded by olive groves and vineyards, with seating areas under the olive trees. A large pool was available, which was very useful during the heat and for relaxing after touring Umbria. The room had a kitchenette and portable air conditioning. Nearby you could find a market, bakery, vineyards, and the old town. The unpleasant sewage smell was noticeable, especially with more guests, and it seemed a bit better when they had left.

The spot is close to the center but in a very quiet, green setting. The facility is welcoming and a bit dated.

We stayed one night as four people to dine at Via di Mezzo dal Giorgione. Great location, about a 10‑minute walk so you can move around without a car. Lady Celestina was very helpful and friendly for every need.
