The rooms were clean and the food was tasty, but the service left a lot to be desired. Nobody greeted us or gave us a quick tour of the property, so we were left wandering around trying to figure out where everything was. It felt like we were on our own from the moment we arrived.

The meals are really good, but when the show starts the kitchen changes its routine and the food quality drops a bit.

Everything was excellent—no complaints at all. The only thing that could use a boost is the selection of toys for the kids; they could use a few more options to keep them entertained.
