The atmosphere was authentic, and for breakfast they offered fresh soft pastries with excellent homemade sweets and cheese. In the town, if you step out early in the morning, you can even see wild deer on the streets.

After our beach break we dropped into Sofritsa House. Ivo and Suzi were warm, welcoming hosts and the kitchen lived up to the hype – lamb, tripe, green salad, and homemade rakia on a balcony with fresh air. It was a perfect little escape, would definitely recommend.

The hosts were friendly and the kitchen stocked with natural ingredients, always ready on time. They cooked whatever we asked for, and the place was quiet and great for relaxing. The only downside was the shared bathroom on the three‑room floor, but that didn't bother us because everyone was courteous.
