“Good location, responsive staff”
Breakfast was decent as expected, the staff were friendly and quick to meet our needs, but the Wi‑Fi was too weak.
This hotel is by far the best in the area for the price. The pyramid view is the closest you can get, even closer than the huge hotel across the road that charges ten times the price per room, so ask for the pyramid view and book without hesitation. The main night staff was exceptional from arrival to departure, impeccable in service, mannerisms, and personality. The other staff were also welcoming, kind, and outstanding, but he captured my attention from the start with his diligence and care for all my needs. The restaurant food is some of the best I’ve eaten in Egypt. Breakfast is normal, but I’m a simple eater, and for the price you pay for the rooms and service, you’re already at an advantage. The cleaning service is excellent, especially the cleaners on the 2nd floor, whose compassion for your comfort is unbelievably selfless; they ensured privacy while I slept and a thorough clean when I was out. I would stay here again. Absolutely. It’s a nice contrast to downtown Cairo and lets you feel the true Egyptian spirit of the surroundings.
“Prettig met wat verbeterpunten”
The location was great, just a stone’s throw from the pyramids, and the room made good use of space with a practical layout for sleeping, toilet, shower and sink. However, the sliding door to the balcony never locked despite three reports and nods from staff, there was hardly any English‑speaking personnel, the restaurant on the floor above was noisy with constant chair shuffling, the breakfast was of low quality and had already been cleared half an hour early.
This is my second stay, and the first review still applies. My family joined after ten days, and the hotel is even better with a large group. The hotel is by far the best in the area for the price. I was blown away by my experience at La Boutique – the whole team was so kind, welcoming and professional. A big thank you to Mr. Omar El Hawary, Omar, Rahma, and Engy for their excellent support and warm hospitality; they made the stay truly special. I definitely recommend this place!
