This hotel's got a great location and my room was huge, with housekeeping doing a fantastic job. Having a supermarket right in the building is super convenient too. However, I was surprised they didn't offer laundry services, and the staff weren't very confident in their English, which made it hard to get recommendations for nearby laundry facilities. The contact info page also seemed a bit outdated.

The reception team was really cooperative and the hotel itself was peaceful and lovely. No complaints here - it was a pleasant stay.

Honestly, I wasn't blown away by anything, but what really brought me down was the cleanliness and the staff. Maybe it was just an off day, but I didn't have a great experience.

The staff here were super helpful - they even assisted us in booking a taxi through Didi when we were having trouble with Wechat. The location's a bit of a trek from the center, but it's not a deal-breaker for me. Overall, a solid stay with friendly and accommodating staff.

This hotel's proximity to the subway station is a big plus, and my room was clean and tidy. The staff were also really friendly. However, there was some construction going on near the hotel, which was a bit of a nuisance. Still, it's a decent option if you're looking for a convenient base.
