If you think Naples is a pretty city, the central location is okay. The rooms are very small and the old building is noisy from the 24‑hour street. Closing the window makes it stuffy. The bathroom is dirty, dark, and moldy. Warm water only drips. The immediate surroundings are like everywhere in the center: dirty, loud, hectic, with shady characters everywhere. It smells everywhere.

Staff were helpful, had a lift as it’s 2 doors up. Walking distance to metro. It was noisy, we felt the area was unsafe, the shower base was very dirty, room was not soundproof and instructions for entering the property could be improved for a more smoother transition
