I really appreciated how cordial and helpful the staff were, making me feel welcome right away. The spot is nice, with a canal view from the window and a great pastry shop nearby, perfect for starting the day. The setting is simple and traditional, yet calm and comfortable. The décor is rather classic, and some amenities could be upgraded for extra comfort. I would have liked firmer pillows and a bit more attention to bathroom details.

The shower curtain in a 4‑star hotel is unacceptable—maybe it belongs in a 2‑star, but a 4‑star should offer higher quality.
