The location is good, within walking distance of Hamburg Harburg station, and the room was clean with a fridge and kettle, but the surrounding area feels a bit dirty and unsafe after dark.

The staff were friendly, the breakfast tasty, and the overall quality matched the price; the nearby parking garage (9 € per night) lets you walk straight into the hotel. The location is a bit odd, which you need to consider if staying in HH‑Harburg, and the early‑morning delivery traffic for nearby shops can be a bit noisy.

The staff were extremely friendly, the breakfast tasty, the value for money excellent, the location convenient for public transport, and the rooms were clean—overall I felt very comfortable.

The value for money was excellent, and the nearest S-Bahn stop was just a 5‑minute walk away while the parking garage was reachable directly from the hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the rooms were spacious and very clean. Breakfast was great, offering a wide variety of juices.

The staff were very nice and knowledgeable, the S‑bahn and bus stops are within walking distance, the rooms are clean though not modern, and there isn’t a place to stroll with a partner or kids after dark.
