We arrived to see a building that looked unappealing from the outside and was just as rundown inside—old, damp, and smelling of mildew, with shabby beds and linens. A very friendly gentleman showed us two rooms, but neither was livable, so we had to abandon the reservation and scramble for another place, making for a terrible experience.
