“Pleasant hotel, but not worth the premium price due to the disappointing spa and rather average serv”

The hotel itself is pleasant, and the pre‑arrival communication was warm and helpful. The room was comfortable and the property overall looks nice. For the price, I expected a much more premium experience. The spa was a letdown: there’s only one small pool, one jacuzzi, and one sauna, and the jacuzzi and sauna comfortably fit only about two people, so it gets crowded quickly and you might even have to wait. We had told them about our anniversary in advance, but they didn’t acknowledge it at all, which made the service feel less attentive than a 5‑star hotel would.

“Jederzeit gerne wieder”

The location in the old town is great, the staff are very friendly, and the breakfast is excellent. No complaints.

“Ideal location for Jewish quarter , walking distance from main attractions .”

I appreciated how quiet it was, even though it was surrounded by pubs and restaurants. Nothing else to mention.
