“It was perfect”
Even though renovations were underway, it was still a perfect stay; the room was great, but the swimming pool was closed and they tried to make us as comfortable as possible.

The concierge at the entrance was very enthusiastic. However, some front‑desk employees were unfriendly, especially the person handling my extension, and their competence was poor.

The room was clean and well equipped, but in the evening there was no hot water for a shower, the climate control couldn't adjust the temperature, and it was very loud.
Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful, the hotel was spotless, and the restaurant offered excellent food that I must commend.
