Nothing positive. My booking was confirmed through Booking with the codes … but no rooms were available even though the reservation was for 15 days in advance; I was very disappointed… I had to find a room elsewhere at the last minute for the Albi Grand Prix weekend.

The hotel and restaurant are very well run, serve as a hub for the local community, and provide a great base for exploring Albi; the staff are very helpful and friendly, the prices are excellent, and I highly recommend it.

A pleasant welcome, very good meals and a good breakfast; the proximity of the underground parking and the city tour options is an important advantage. The bedside lamps are a bit too bright and the mattress is a bit too soft for our taste; but taste and colour are personal.
