The staff are respectful and courteous, the location is beautiful and close to all amenities. The ceramic tiles feel cold and the air is chilly.

The reception staff were very excellent. The bathroom was dirty, the furniture was old, and the bedding was filthy. The hotel and its facilities smelled strange, and the paint in the room had peeling and cracks; this was reported to reception before moving in. The price for a single room is far too high – it should cost only 17 to 18 dinars, not 30. The breakfast menu was repetitive with ordinary items. The hotel’s location is noisy with cars, music, and traffic.

The hotel’s location, the cleanliness of the rooms, the bathroom fixtures, free water, fridge and water‑heater all represent great value, especially since breakfast is included; the staff were friendly and helped promptly whenever needed, the reception was pleasant and quiet right on the street, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of good items, unlike some pricier hotels that only serve three or four dishes. Compared with the price and service, there were no downsides at all.

Service was extremely quick. The lights felt a bit too dim.
