Cleanliness and the staff were great, but the location isn’t ideal and the breakfast could use some improvement.
I liked how close the hotel was to public transport, and the hair dryer was fully functional; the bed felt a bit hard, and the laundry system was a little confusing.

The location in a not-too-touristy quarter suited us well; attractions in the city centre are generally reachable by tram, and the outdoor Jacuzzi was pure pleasure after hot city sightseeing; breakfast was plentiful and good, and the staff were friendly and helpful at all times; the room could have been a bit brighter, and the single beds are rather narrow.
During our three‑day stay the experience was consistently excellent and met all our expectations; we stayed in a holiday‑apartment with two adults and two teenagers, everything was spotless, the staff were always courteous, the paid parking was worthwhile, and the metro got us quickly into the city centre, while many restaurants and bars in the Navigli area were within walking distance. The downside was nighttime noise from the train and tram.
