Location. Nice room and clean. Cigarette smoking in entire casino. The smell of cigarette smoke while gambling and in the hall to a non smoking room. Also, two female staff members working around 4:30 pm on Thursday 7/16 at hotel front desk check in and where you receive your players reward card. My friend and I had just arrived after a 5 hour drive. We were excited about being there and staying at the Rainbow Casino. The staff members were unfriendly. They didn’t greet or welcome us or smile. They acted annoyed that we wanted to check in and get a players card. This was not a good first impression or experience after our arrival knowing we were staying for 3 days
