In the surroundings there were many restaurants, the beach was close (there were many stairs that were not accessible), the pool had loungers and beds and they were very comfortable. There is parking at the hotel (paid). Reception 24h. When we arrived the reception people did not bother to explain how the towel system for the pool worked, nor did they give us the cards for it nor tell us that the drinks you order at dinner have to be paid later. The room was not fully clean, there was a terrible damp smell, the sink did not drain, the shower leaked water from the corners (which had old dirty buildup), the beds were not entirely comfortable either. The buffet was simply disappointing; practically all the food was ultra-frozen placed without any flair, pasta floating in trays with water (literally), lettuce and other vegetables exactly the same. The worst quality charcuterie. If you care about good food (we all know what buffets are like), I would not advise going to this hotel. There was always people who seemed to check the food and how it was set up but the reality is what it is. The young waiters who served at the pool bar would put the drink in the glass and bring it to the lounger -( something we saw depended on which client it was). In short, it did not seem like a 4‑star hotel at all.
