The room was comfortable and quiet, located in a good spot not far from the center, with parking available. Kaxa, the owner, is a very kind person.

The new guesthouse is beautiful and cozy, right next to the center of Akhaltsikhe and the Rabat fortress. The host is responsive and hospitable, always in touch. It’s very clean, with comfortable beds, fresh linens, a private bathroom, a large common hall, a kitchen, dishes, a washing machine, Wi‑Fi, parking, a green courtyard with grapevines. The accommodation has a separate courtyard with a fruit‑laden grapevine. The room is on the first floor, so if only one group stays it’s comfortable because you can enjoy the living room and kitchen alone. The town is quiet, the streets are tidy, there aren’t many tourists, overall it feels good.

From the back of the house, within five minutes you can see the view of the Lavati Cathedral from the Armenian church—very beautiful. The spacious living room and kitchen made it comfortable for four friends, and the large yard with a dining table was convenient. It felt like home, so I highly recommend it. On the way back, there was construction, so you had to be careful.
