Great spot. Andres handled check‑in and was fantastic—friendly and helpful. He upgraded us to a larger room with less street noise, which we appreciated as older guests who like a quieter environment. Breakfast was a bit weak.

The location was fine, and breakfast was okay. However, there were too few charging spots, and everything was either cold (the lounge where the window couldn’t be closed) or stuffy (the room). The windows can’t be opened for safety reasons, so we should use the fans, but they were really dirty and disgusting. The room size was adequate for the number of people, but it wasn’t cozy.

The structure is very central, and the staff is very kind and helpful. The rooms weren’t clean enough.
