The location is good for a night out in town.

Arriving right at the scheduled check‑in, I tried to reach the host by phone and text but got no response. The access PIN was useless, leaving me stranded outside with no way in. I had to involve the platform’s support to resolve the issue, yet the payment was still deducted and never refunded, which was incredibly stressful after a long journey. Prospective guests should be wary before booking.

The room was bare white and the bathroom was just down the hall. The bedding was dry and uncomfortable, and there was no heater until the staff brought one in. Overall, not much to recommend.

We felt unsafe in what is supposedly a rough part of Sheffield. An Uber driver laughed when we got in, joking about a set‑up, and a “Resident” let us into a communal area that was dreadful. All seven of us men refused to stay because we felt intimidated. We booked another hotel via the site around noon and question whether the property meets any inspections or standards.
