I was quite pleased with the hotel's location, which made it easy to get around. However, my experience was marred by some issues with the bathroom, including a lack of cleanliness and a faulty flush. To make matters worse, there was no running water available, and the bed sheets were not clean either. Despite these problems, the hotel's location was a redeeming factor.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was a disaster from start to finish. After booking, I was shocked to find that the hotel charged me significantly more than the initial amount I paid, which included tax. The room was also lacking in basic amenities, including a blanket and clean towels. To top it off, the water heater was broken, and the bathroom door had no lock or latch. I was also dismayed to find cockroaches in the bedroom and a non-functional air conditioner.

While I found the staff at this hotel to be friendly and helpful, the location was a major drawback. Unfortunately, the hotel is quite far from the Nampally railway station, which made it inconvenient for me to get around. Despite the staff's best efforts, the hotel's remote location was a significant issue for me.
