Staying in a school dorm was obviously a budget choice, but knowing that, everything was fine. The place was clean, quiet, and the double bed was very comfortable, with plenty of room for free parking. The staff member on duty was very empathetic and helpful. She basically saved our stay and our positive review. Why? That’s explained in the negative section. We’re grateful again for her kindness. The representative handling client contact completely botched the situation! We were supposed to have access to the accommodation from 15:00 and by then we should have received the room code. Unfortunately, she completely forgot about us and sent no code. To make matters worse, she turned off her work phone, ignoring any messages or emails. As I mentioned in the positives, the duty staff saved the day. Seeing our confusion and helplessness, she found the private number for the “code” person, got in touch quickly, and secured the room code over the phone.
