The receptionist was nice, but we had booked a different room and received one that was much smaller with two single beds. It was very noisy.

I had no positive aspects to mention. The hotel rejected my reservation, claiming there was no water and light, and they gave me no notice beforehand; this was only revealed when I arrived at the front desk. After I left, they sent a message explaining they couldn’t accommodate me.

I appreciated the location, surrounded by coffee shops and restaurants, and the city center was within walking distance. Checking in late at night was possible, which was very convenient. The room was comfortable and well decorated, making my overall stay pleasant. However, the shower lacked a curtain or screen and a bath mat, so water splashed onto the floor, and the air‑conditioner leaked during my stay.

Nothing positive to report. When I arrived, no one greeted me; I had to call, but there was no answer. At least they called back to say they had a water problem and that the booking was cancelled.

I booked and arrived at 10 pm, only to find no one at the reception. Their WhatsApp reply came after 30 minutes, saying the place was closed that day. I was left in the middle of the night searching for another accommodation. They should either remove their listing or notify me beforehand so I can find an alternative; it was very inconsiderate.
