No water supply in the room the whole night, so we couldn’t shower or use the bathroom properly, a basic service every hotel must provide, and the situation is extremely inconvenient and unacceptable for guests.

I appreciated the peaceful atmosphere of the place, it was quite serene. On the downside, I was surprised to find that they didn't provide any toiletries, which was a bit inconvenient.

I recently stayed at a hotel with a fantastic location, but unfortunately, my room had some issues. The air conditioning was leaking, and I constantly found water droplets on the floor. The TV was on, but it wasn't functioning properly, and the remote control wouldn't change channels. To make matters worse, the wooden bed frame was loose, and it hadn't been fixed before my check-in. Despite these problems, the hotel's strategic location made up for some of the inconvenience.

The location was incredibly central, making it easy to get around the city. However, I was concerned that the staircase wouldn't be suitable for elderly guests, and I think installing a lift would make it much more comfortable for everyone.
