Quiet spot a few steps from the center. The host lady was friendly and even made a homemade breakfast that was delicious. The room was big, cool in summer, spotless, with pristine white towels. We liked the garden where we could eat breakfast or just relax. Nothing else bothered us.

Great location, staff super kind, parking right at the door made moving luggage a breeze. Breakfast was generous and varied. The highlight was owner Chicho – he helped us with ski rentals at a discount, gave free rechargeable skipass, and tipped us off to the best restaurants where we got a special rate. Rooms matched the photos, sauna and Turkish bath were fine. We did notice a bathroom cleanliness issue, but Chicho fixed it quickly.

Very cozy, great price. Lyubo and his mom were amazing, especially for our first Bansko visit – they handled everything, even handed us ski passes so we avoided the long line. Breakfast blew us away, way more than expected. Winter was snug inside, balcony for chill time. Location was perfect; we rented a car, market just 3 mins away, lift 5‑7 mins. Also, booking here nets a 20% discount at Method Snow School, which is top‑notch. Thanks Lyubo, everything was fantastic.
