The terrace and location were nice, but I would not recommend it to families with a small child because it feels more like a short‑stay for couples; the rooms are separated by a wall so there is zero privacy and you could hear other couples even in the middle of the night. After a day at the beach, we had trouble with the hot water and had to take a quick cold shower; the owner called a technician, but he arrived after a while and we couldn’t wait because the little girl needed to eat, so we had to leave.

It’s comfortable, the location and all the services are good, especially the parking, and the place is very well equipped. Unfortunately, I don’t know if it was a fault or something else, but for two nights it was impossible to shower because the shower never let out any hot water to mix; it’s fine that it’s summer and cold water would do, but it’s an uncomfortable situation.
