I got great value for the price, the place was very clean, the location was handy, and the breakfast was solid. The washroom exhaust didn’t work well and the bathroom felt a bit cramped.
The hotel sits right near Kadamba Bus station and the South Goa Collector office, and the staff were friendly. The location was okay, the Deluxe room was decent, and the staff remained friendly and polite.

The buffet breakfast was good, room service was reliable, and the food—Goan Fish curry, Pork Roast—was tasty; the Cashew Feni was also nice. However, the hotel isn’t under your jurisdiction, and transportation was an issue.
The facilities and the place itself were fine. The receptionist’s attitude toward guests was a drawback.
