“Disgusting”
The rooms smelled awful; I had to be forced to change from the first room because the odor was worse than a fish market. The second room made my whole family feel sick, and we finally left the facility around 5:30 am, asking for a refund and taking another room nearby.

The location was convenient for where I needed to go. The linen and towels were stained, the room carried a cigarette‑smoke smell mixed with a harsh air freshener that triggered my allergies all night, and people smoked on the stairs with cigarette butts littered everywhere.
The staff’s smile was awful, and I will never stay at Red Roof again. Everything else was bad.
My room was old and dirty; the ceiling was dark with mold, the smell was terrible, and it clearly needed repairs and deep cleaning. The TV remote didn’t work, the bed sheets were stained, and I don’t recommend this place.

I didn’t like or appreciate any of the service I received. None of my requests were token into consideration so I was forced to sleep in those conditions for 2 days. Room service 0, front desk service 0, sleeping condition & room conditions 0. Feces behind bed , feces in tub, dirty towel, dirty bed sheets & covers, urine in toilet, the floor was sticky microwave wasn’t working etc. I demand a 100% full refund at once that was very distasteful, disgusting & displeasing & the front desk and room service workers were very inconsiderate. It was so disgusting I almost threw up from the feces behind the bed and that was one of the first thing I noticed when I walked in
