The property is in a beautiful, intimate little town with a charming setting and a pool that made us feel very cozy. The apartment was very clean, spacious, and quiet. The staff were kind, very helpful, and smiling. Breakfast was delicious, especially the wide gluten‑free selection and the tasty coffee. The location is ideal for exploring Monte Cassino and the nearby seaside towns. The only suggestion is to put a small fridge in the room, which would be very useful.

I spent this weekend at the Spaturi residence with my partner, and it was simply beautiful, clean, and welcoming. The cleanliness and courtesy of Ms Veronica met every request we had. The pool was spotless and breakfast was very good and plentiful.

The facilities are excellent, the service impeccable, and the owner Veronica shows great care, always friendly and ready to answer any question or help with any need. The rooms were modern and clean, with great comfort, and the pool and its amenities were clean, functional, and very pretty. The Spaturi residence is very quiet, with a charming, old‑world atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing holiday. I stress that the best part of our stay was Veronica’s kindness and availability. Nothing really bothered us; it was an excellent place.

The room is small but clean, with a comfortable shower in the bathroom and a wardrobe for essentials. There’s a small window for ventilation, but no way to hang swimsuits or towels (except on the bathroom radiator or the two hooks). The outdoor garden with loungers and the large, very clean pool area is lovely. You can borrow pool towels for a 5‑euro deposit that’s refunded upon return. Breakfast with hot drinks and savory items is prepared directly in the kitchenette on request. The building sits in a village setting and has been restored in a suggestive, characteristic way. It’s a good base to relax and reach tourist spots like Gaeta and Sperlonga. We left our motorcycle in the small square next to the access road to the residence.
