Everything is great—this is my second stay at Clarion Hotel Prague City, but the windows can’t be opened, probably for security, though the air conditioning works well.

I stayed in a spot right next to the metro and tram stops, surrounded by plenty of shops and eateries. The rooms were clean, roomy, and thoughtfully designed, with solid Wi‑Fi and nice air‑conditioning. The beds were comfortable, and the reception staff were always friendly and helpful, making check‑in and check‑out smooth. I’d definitely return when I’m back in Prague. Nothing fell short; everything was perfect. Thanks.

The receptionists were friendly and the location is excellent; I enjoyed all aspects of my stay.

The staff were very friendly and the location was convenient. They told me that, for environmental reasons, the housekeeping would change towels only every three days, but they ended up doing it daily; however, the bathroom was never cleaned.
