Railway Lodge Motel

I didn’t stay there because they sent me to another place I didn’t want to go to, so they offered an alternative at the Pacific Motel where the power was out and my car got smashed. The manager and his wife were great, and I’d stay there again.

Nothing good. The room was too small, looked like it was full of homeless people, and there was a lot of swearing, so I booked a different motel. I wouldn’t recommend it. The staff were fine, but the motel itself was awful.

The security front door being a pin code to access the room. People living there smoking weed only 1 door down , The people living there having people come and go . My brother took a walk to KFC and had some young maybe 18-20 walk up to my brother face with nuccle buster things on each hands with spikes. Worse place to stay at. Apparently the government pays for homeless people to live there. The first morning I woke up I went outside to have a cigarette 🚬 6:30am I had this strange man ask for a smoke. ( The mattress needs replaced as to firm on the edge and sinking in. No daily house keeping as we had to ask for toliet rolls and breakfast was just toast and spread. I will never stay here again

The bed was comfy, but the room wasn’t very clean and the shower was terrible. They promised a complimentary breakfast, but no one was on site to provide it.

Parking was close to the room. There was no outlet in the bathroom, no hot water, and strangers kept talking all night in the courtyard.
