Check‑in was swift, which mattered after a long flight, and the front desk agent—though I forgot his name—was outstanding, his smile truly reflecting Ethiopian hospitality; the room was spotless, the bed super comfy with huge pillows, and I slept like a baby—kudos to the team👏. Room service was efficient, but I’d prefer a food cover on the plate instead of foil, and the pizza dough was good 👍.

The room was spacious and clean, and everyone was polite and ready to help; my room had a view of the boulevard, which was gorgeous with planes taking off and landing. Breakfast was hearty and tasty, and I had my own toiletries, so that was fine.
