“Had seen it best years”
The location was good, but the facilities overall are quite old, and the sauna and pool included in the price are poorly maintained.

We stayed only a few hours, but we liked the private beach and the cozy feel of the room. The pillow menu was a nice touch, letting us pick the one we preferred. The front‑desk staff were friendly and helpful. We were disappointed that the spa access cost extra, especially for a 5‑star property. The bar didn’t meet our expectations either; it felt more like a tea room next to the reception, lacking dim lighting, comfy sofas, and soothing background music. The restaurant was closed for a private event, so we ate at the bar where the food was decent but unremarkable. Because we had to check out early and couldn’t have breakfast, they offered a breakfast box. We appreciated the gesture, but the contents—ham and cheese sandwich, some jam and butter, but no bread to eat it with—left us puzzled, making the sandwich unusable. Overall, the staff’s willingness to offer an alternative was good, but some details and services could be better polished for a 5‑star standard.

The staff were very polite and friendly. The room was old, the shower was also old and the pipe burst while I was showering, and the beds were uncomfortable. The worst part was that it was very far from the center—about a one‑hour drive each way—and it was hard to catch a taxi there.

The location is great, close to Athens with many museums and restaurants, and if the weather allows, you can swim in the sea. The breakfast buffet caters to any request. There are three restaurants on site! The hotel has two outdoor pools and a private beach. A pleasant bonus was the indoor salt‑water pool with water massages, especially useful in October when it was very cold. The staff are friendly and ready to help with any questions.
