The room was very spacious, but there was no heater even though it was -2 degrees, so we had to pay an extra fee for a heater. The single rod heater didn’t warm the room, leaving us very uncomfortable and freezing.

I’m very satisfied with the service. A perfect vacation spot with a great environment—love it. Everyone should visit at least once.
