The food was amazing, the spa was very good and clean, the room was tidy, and the staff were very friendly. The only downside was the swimming pool’s location and size.

I accidentally booked a twin room instead of a double, but the reception was understanding and upgraded me to a double room for free. Everything was great.

“Worst ever experience of an hotel in Dubai marina area”

I booked it because mark it as 5 star but the room i was given was not even close to 3 star in the same area. Check in process was not friendly at all. I booked room on Booking. Com showing as 30 sq m room size and as 5 star, but what i got was 20 sq m size room and condition of furniture and other aminities in the room was hardly close to 3 star. Very old furniture with damaged marks and filthy carpet on floor. Toilet shower was also hard to operate

“Bon emplacement, mais un incident grave pendant mon séjour”

The hotel is well‑located and offers good options, nothing to complain about in that regard. However, my credit card was stolen from my room during my stay. No break‑in was observed and the room could only be accessed with a key: only I, and hotel staff (especially housekeeping), had access. I have serious reasons to believe the theft came from a staff member. This incident forced me to leave the hotel earlier than planned. I strongly advise against leaving any valuables in the room.
