The place was fantastic—spotlessly clean and well‑maintained. The staff were warm and helpful, and I’d definitely recommend it as a great value for anyone heading to Banff or Canmore. The common areas offered plenty of board games, and there were shuttle and bus links to the lakes and Banff itself. Plenty of good restaurants and convenience stores were right in the plaza. The bathrooms were very clean, and the rooms and beds were comfortable. Nothing to complain about; everything was excellent.

The staff were kind, respectful of guests, and courteous; the location is right in the city centre and everything is within walking distance. However, it can get noisy around 8 am, making it hard to fall asleep.

The location was amazing, right by the roam bus stop, with parking and groceries within walking distance. The kitchen was noisy and there were not enough mugs, bowls, forks, and spoons.
