How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
We were greeted by owner Michela in an outstanding, thorough way on every level. Her warmth, skill, and willingness were truly unique, and her husband Gennaro was sunny and very kind. The entire property is impeccably maintained, furnished, and clean, even the outdoor area and the pool. I highly recommend a holiday here; the stay exceeded every expectation.

The pictures don’t do the place justice! Michela and her husband are wonderful and helpful. The seven of us had a great time, and I rate the location a 10 for home and experience, and Michela a 11 😉

The house sits in the Molisan hills, where silence and calm rule. The apartment has large spaces divided into mini‑apartments that accommodate ten or more people, ensuring maximum privacy. The outdoor areas are also well cared for and furnished. The pool is an extra plus that makes a longer stay feel special. I recommend this property because it’s well maintained and fully equipped.

Very charming, beautiful, and private villa. The owner is super sweet and helpful, really focused on providing the best service! The place was clean and everything worked. You literally get everything you need in a villa, so you get a lot for the money.

Abbiamo trascorso giorni meravigliosi, rilassanti e indimenticabili e sicuramente ritorneremo ancora. Nulla
