The location was great, easy to reach various spots in Sintra and taxis were readily available. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious, and the view from the balcony and restaurant was amazing!

Like all NH hotels, it’s pet friendly and the hotel is very well situated. However, getting to the parking is a bit tricky with a large car.

The location was good, but the facilities were awful and the rooms didn’t match the pictures. We also found hairs on the bed pillows. The hotel claimed it had chargers for electric vehicles, but that was false.
